Step 2 - Confirm Your Itinerary: Choose your preferred travel itinerary.

Step 3 - Reservation Booking Fee: To secure your booking, a nonrefundable booking fee of $75.00 is required at the time of reservation.

Step 4 - Deposit or Full Payment: Set up your deposit, payment arrangement, or pay in full.

Step 5 - Vacation Countdown and Plans: Get ready for your adventure!

• The $75.00 booking fee ensures your reservation and is only credited  if your trip is confirmed and not canceled.

• If you choose to cancel your reservation, the booking fee is nonrefundable.

Before finalizing your booking, you’ll sign an acknowledgment form confirming your understanding of this policy. Additionally, travel insurance is required for all bookings, offering you peace of mind as you prepare for your journey.

You will have to sign and acknowledge the following terms and agreement regarding the booking fee and cancellation policy for my upcoming trip:

1. **Nonrefundable Booking Fee**  

   I understand that a nonrefundable booking fee of $75.00 is required to secure my reservation. This fee will be **credited** towards my final payment **only if the reservation is not canceled**. If I cancel my reservation, the $75.00 fee will not be refunded or credited.

2. **Cancellation Policy**  

   I acknowledge that, in the event of cancellation, the $75.00 booking fee will not be credited or refunded, regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation.

3. **Trip Deposit/Full Payment**  

   I agree to make a deposit or full payment for the trip at the time of reservation, in addition to the booking fee. I understand that the deposit or payment may be subject to additional cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.

4. **Travel Insurance Requirement**  

   I acknowledge that travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for booking with We CU Travel. This insurance will protect my investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances and is a condition of my reservation.

5. **Acceptance of Terms**  

   By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the booking fee and cancellation policy as outlined. I accept that the $75.00 booking fee will only be credited if the reservation is not canceled, and I commit to the payment terms provided.
